At ONNO T-Shirt Co., we want you to love your sustainable apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your organic cotton or bamboo tee isn't the perfect fit, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
